Andrew joined Partners as Director of Administration and Finance in November of 2020. He provides day-to-day management of all financial, accounting, audit, and human resource functions for the organization. Additionally, he creates the overall financial strategy for the organization, in collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining Partners, he served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Community Roots Charter School in Brooklyn, New York, for over ten years. As a vital member of the executive management team, he played a critical role in the organization’s overall strategic management. His mandate was to set the financial strategy for and control of Community Roots’ $10M operating budget while also designing and delivering active operations systems across the organization. He serves as a strategic partner to our leaders and the Board of Trustees, providing robust and accurate financial guidance to drive decisions and leading long-term economic forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategy setting. He brings a track record of building and leading effective teams, thinking critically and creatively, building an outcomes/data-driven team culture, and coaching and developing others to maximize their potential.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Montclair State University, a Diploma from Makini College in Accounting, and a Certification in School Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School.
