Victoria joined Partners in 2017 as Staff Attorney for Middlesex County. In November 2019, she transitioned to the role of Director of Pro Bono Programs. Victoria supports volunteers from partner law firms as well as solo practitioners to provide survivors with comprehensive legal advice and representation. Victoria also works to strengthen connections with major law firms, community partners, and the volunteer cohort.
Prior to joining Partners, Victoria practiced as an attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services and Legal Services of New Jersey where she provided legal advice and representation to victims of domestic violence in restraining order hearings, child custody proceedings, and divorce litigation. In 2007, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Gary S. Rothstadt, J.A.D. while he was serving a judicial appointment to the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage. Victoria holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in English from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden.
